Dhikr after prayer

After each obligatory prayer, a widespread practice is to say SubhanAllah (glory be to Allah) 33 times, Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah) 33 times and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest) 34 times, as reported in a hadith by Imam Muslim. That's the sequence this counter follows.

Why prayer beads

Prayer beads (misbaha) help you keep count without thinking about it, so you can stay focused on the meaning of the words. This online tasbih reproduces the gesture: a bead moves with each tap, and the next dhikr starts on its own after 33.

Your counts stay with you

The counter saves your total for the day and your all-time total in your browser, with no account and nothing sent anywhere. Clearing the site's data resets the counter to zero.

And every day, right in your pocket

The same 33-bead tasbih is in the QuranWay app on iPhone, and on Apple Watch you count with the crown, with a vibration for each bead.

We make QuranWay. These tools are free, with no sign-up. Whatever depends on you (your location, your settings) stays in your browser: your location is never sent anywhere.
